Delete your Habita account

You can delete your account and all related data at any time, free of charge.

In the app, right away

  1. Open Habita and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and data and confirm.

Without the app

Write from your account’s email address. We check that it’s yours and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Request deletion by email

What gets deleted

Profile, photos, tenant profile, income documents, listings and their photos, applications, matches, chats and attachments, notification devices, blocked people. We ask Stripe to delete the identity check data and, if you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Sign in with Apple.

What we keep and for how long

Reports about illegal content for up to 24 months after closure, to protect users and answer the authorities. The log of identity check attempts (date and ID only, no images) for 90 days. The cloud provider’s backups are overwritten within a few days.
